Purpose of the project
Alli Taylor Real Estate is a Top 500 agent out of 7000+ realtors in the Richmond area. We worked together to create a new brand identity, elevating their visual representation and fostering a sense of professionalism and credibility. The brand intensive focused on creating a cohesive and versatile branding solution that seamlessly extends across various applications, from OOH signage, branded merch, and social media platforms. The result was a contemporary and sophisticated brand identity that not only aligns with their vision, but also resonates with their diverse audience, ultimately strengthening their market presence and credibility in the real estate industry.

For Compass agents in the tri-state area, creating out-of-home advertising campaigns is essential to their marketing strategy. LinkNYC stands around New York create a wonderful home for these marketing opportunities, and allow us to promote both the Compass brand and the agents’ personal brands.

Purpose of the project
Compass releases a publication twice a year, Compass Curated, featuring the best of the best of our agents’ luxury listings. As a designer on this project, our first goal was to create a scaleable brand identity system for Compass Curated that could be used consistently with each new publication. We then applied this system to a variety of digital assets, including social media assets and digital display ads. This project included a display ad for every single property featured in Compass Curated, totaling 107 listings from 21 different states.

Purpose of the project
Elevating the CompassNY social accounts on-brand graphics to celebrate company and agent achievements, as well as put out marketing assets for campaigns around the tri-state area. Crafting suites of digital display ads for agents to market their luxury listings and personal brands. As digital designer, I always strive to create assets that are cohesive as a suite, and stand true to both the Compass brand while still existing as unique creative for the high-touch agents. Intentional decisions were also made to create options that can be A/B tested, focusing on different elements such as imagery, headline text, button design, or background color. Display ads shown were created for Leonard Steinberg, Chief Evangelist of Compass, responsible for over $3 billion in transactions and consistently ranked as one of the top ten teams in the country.

Problem / Purpose of the project
Cirrus Vodka is an award-winning, craft spirit distilled in Richmond, Virginia. Their social media platforms feature beautiful lifestyle photography, but they reached out to me to start incorporating some illustrative elements. We started with research and planning to then land on 10 concepts. I then took the concepts through phases of sketching, refined illustration, and animation. Through both illustration and animation, we were able to add dimension and an increase of interaction on their social media platforms. Folden Lane is a home storage startup that wanted to launch with a “pre-order” site. The goal with their site was to create a destination for customers to discover beautifully designed storage systems. Folden Lane wanted to push themselves as a brand, addressing their sustainability impact and making it clear to their customers what it is that sets their products apart.

Problem / Purpose of the project
Krieger Collection had an overall goal to refresh the look and feel of their branding and website, providing a more refined front end. The goal was to leverage insights from their previous website, identify opportunities to improve the user experience, and incorporate a new visual identity and applications. Through research and discovery, a branding refresh, and an updated website design, Krieger Collection landed on a much more high-end feel to match their stunning products.
